A little about me
I have spent much of my life learning how to find the words for things I once kept to myself.
Writing has become a way of making sense of the past, understanding the present, and finding meaning in the spaces between the two.
Under the name Aisling Field, I write about life, memory, resilience, and the stories that shape who we become.
Some stories are difficult to tell. Some take years to understand. But I believe there is something powerful in finally giving them a voice.
This space is for those stories—and for anyone who has ever needed a reminder that they are not alone.
The stories I am writing
I am currently working on a collection of books that explore the experiences, relationships, and moments that have shaped my life.
Some stories are about what we remember. Others are about what we were taught to hide. And sometimes, the greatest part of healing is finally allowing ourselves to tell the truth.
My hope is that somewhere in these pages, someone will recognize a piece of their own story and feel a little less alone.
